• What is consignment?
  Consignment is a way for you to sell your items through Hello Gorgeous Threads. You provide the items, and we handle the sales process. When your items sell, you earn 50% of the final sale price.

• How do I consign with you?
  Consigning with us is easy! Simply fill out our consignment form on the website, providing details about the items you’d like to consign. After reviewing your submission, we’ll get in touch to arrange shipment or drop-off, depending on your location.

• How does consignment with Hello Gorgeous Threads work?
  You’ll submit your items for consideration through our online consignment form. Once approved, you’ll ship the items to us. We’ll list them in our shop and handle all sales and customer service. You’ll receive payment every 1st of the month.

• What types of items can I consign?
  We accept a variety of sustainable and cottagecore items, including clothing, accessories, home goods, and more. Please refer to our consignment guidelines for specific categories and criteria.

• What if I have a special piece or high-value item?
  If you have a luxury or high-value item, please let us know! We can work with you on special pricing and marketing strategies to ensure it gets the attention it deserves.

• Do you accept vintage items?
  Yes! We love vintage pieces, as long as they’re in excellent condition and align with our Cottagecore and French Country aesthetic. Feel free to reach out with specifics if you’re unsure about your vintage item.

• What types of items do you accept?
  We specialize in high-quality, feminine, and sustainable fashion. We accept clothing, shoes, and accessories from premium brands such as LoveShackFancy, Zimmermann, Needle & Thread, Dôen, and more. For a full list of brands we accept, please visit our Brands We Accept page.

• How do I prepare my items for consignment?
  Ensure items are clean, in good condition, and meet our quality standards. For detailed preparation guidelines, please check our consignment preparation page.

• Do I need to ship the items to you?
  Yes, consignors outside of our local area will need to ship items to us. We’ll provide shipping instructions after your items are approved. If you're local, we may offer drop-off or pick-up services.

• How do I submit items for consignment?
  Fill out our online consignment form here. You’ll need to provide details about the items you wish to consign. Once reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your items to us.

• What happens if my items don’t sell?
  Items that don’t sell within the agreed-upon timeframe can be returned to you or donated, depending on our agreement. We’ll discuss your preferences during the consignment process.

• How is the sale price determined?
  We set prices based on the condition, brand, and market demand for each item. We aim to price items competitively while ensuring you receive a fair return.

• When and how will I receive payment?
  Payments are processed monthly and sent via payment method,PayPal or Venmo. You’ll receive a detailed statement of your sales and earnings.

• What fees are involved?
  We charge a 50% plus Poshmark fees (20%) on each sale, which covers listing, selling, and administrative costs. The exact fee structure will be provided in your consignment agreement. Unless Sold on Hello Gorgeous Thread website, then there will be no Poshmark fee!

• Can I track the status of my items?
  Yes, you can track your items through our shop , where you’ll see their listing and sales status.

• What items do you NOT accept?
  We do not accept fast fashion brands, heavily worn items, or items with significant damage. Additionally, we may decline items that don’t align with the Cottagecore or French Country aesthetic.

• Can I consign multiple items at once?
  Absolutely! We encourage consignors to send multiple pieces at once. Just make sure each item meets our brand and condition standards.
